International Return and Refund Policy
Since we make all the packaging boxes and products customised as per the data and design provided by you/the user during the order making or building on the website, and customised order takes a lot of Hardowrk and time to consume and material to be used according to the user input, then providing the refund is not possible once you place the order. However, we still offer the best possible solution to our customers; if you feel that you have set the order by mistake or there is some challenge with your order or the design you uploaded, then you can email us, call us or contact us via email hello@turtleboxes.com or customer support number 18008918021 within the 2 Hours after the order confirmation receipt on your email and mobile number. We will stop your order processing once you inform us and initiate your refund.
International General Shipping Information
We use Safe and reliable courier shipping Companies to caterer orders from Europe, America, China, Africa, Japan, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Australia and New Zealand.
International Payments Term
We offer safe and secure credit, debit and Internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders, and we also accept all other international payments via Internet banking and different modes of payments.
International Order Confirmation & Shipping
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post-ordering. We will update you on the shipment status via the email address and Mobile Number you provided.
International Taxes
All prices exclude applicable GST; no country taxes are charged on the export and international orders.
International Delivery Time
Our Manufacturing Time for International orders is 7 to 15 days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the jobs and demands; we use standard shipping and delivery time, which a courier and international delivery and shipping company take. We ship our pieces to you within 15 days via air and 30 to 60 days via shipment ( SEA ). These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities.
International Exchanges & Returns
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Turtle Boxes Packaging product. If, for some reason, you are unsure of the product or we’ve missed a spot, and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at hello@turtleboxes.com, and we will contact you within 2-3 business days, and we will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the product. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
Please note the discounted items are not applicable for exchanges & returns. Also, we will exchange the products and packaging only in case of a manufacturing defect from our side, and the buyer/customer has to bear the shipment charges to redeliver the products.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
We offer the Exchange only when you receive the wrong products or Product with Manufacturing Defect you must inform us within two days of receiving the order of the product. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the products to the following address:

The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping when we deliver your corrected product.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging—item (s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.
